All these bikes are quite awesome, good effort each and every one of you!
I really have to say though that El G's Kat is awesome... and I will always have a very soft spot for BajaZuki

If you were talking about mine, yes it is. Just Advanced Auto shelf stuff. Cheap. 10-13 bucks a roll. I think enough for 2 tanks and maybe some other small accents pieces. It has a bit of mild gum adnesive inside of it so it stays in place nice. The only issue is tight outside radiuses. You have to v notch the back of the U shaped edging to reduce the amount of buckling. It may also require a stronger adhesive at tight outside turns to assure it stays without migrating/slipping.
Chrome plastic. hahaComment

Not mine, but was sent to me to post.
"Although not as difficult/complicated as so many of these other projects,
this turned out O.K. after a couple of month's efforts including the new 1198cc engine

I never get tired of seeing that Purple / Pink bike. I cannot get used to it. But then I took a good looking black V-Star with ghost stripes and painted it Dodge burnt orange.
Here's mine. Did what I wanted to it. When I find a windshield I'll get rid of the old Shoei fairning and put on the Rooster I painted to match the bike.
