          Bars

Superbike bars (although I think I'm going to get black ones instead) with the new master cylinder. Need to get a new air gauge...

If you can, please host the images using something like imageshack or photobucket... makes viewing threads much better, and frankly its easier for you too! All you have to do is paste the forum code in one post rather than uploading and making separate posts for every photo

              cheers

If you do use an image hosting program, you can include up to 10 images per post.

Somewhere around here is a tutorial on how, exactly, you do it. You can also create an album in your User CP at the top left.

Have you said hello in the GS Owners forum?

                  Photobucket

On your advice, I created a photobucket of all the pics of Izukes. I got the cylinder head and barrels back from the machine shop. I have a Barnett clutch and Accel coils coming. I've had some trouble with the air mixture screws on the carbs, but otherwise they are done. New screws are coming from the Netherlands (couldn't find them in the US). I'm starting with 125 main jets (up from 115s). I used the great tutorial I found here at the resources. Guitar strings work great for cleaning tiny passages...
Hoping to get the bottom end in the frame next week and the to start final assembly on the engine.
                  This link has the photos...

                  Onward... Be well, all!

Sounds very nice. The Barnett clutch may be a mistake

I think I'm having a cerebral flatulation. The clutch kit is an EBC

                          The motor is in!

I hope y'all had a nice Thansgiving. We got the bottom end of the motor in the frame Thursday might when my son-in-law was over to help me. Then Monday night I installed the Wiseco pistons and the spent four wonderful hours getting the barrels mounted (boy was that a joyful experience!. Then I got the head screwed on.
In the meantime, after getting parts from Texas and the Netherlands, I finished assembling the carburetors. Floats all adjusted and dry synced. Next is to time up the cams...

If you post the [img] code here your photos will show up for all to see. Most of us (me included) don't bother going to off site locations to see someone's photos.
