DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

Fingers crossed, this year's season should be very competitive.

I'm really looking forward to the new season!

Anyone else?

The usual quandary about where to watch it but yes I think it's going to be a good season too! :)

Just racing season in general. MotoGP, Formula 1, IndyCar, and so much more....

my great great great great great grandfather once owned the isle of mann
true story it was then still attached to the mainland by a narrow isthmus
lost it in a game of whist

I automatically renew my MotoGP subscription each year...7th year now...best $200 you can spend!

Yes I know that option is there.... I don't feel like I have enough time to do it justice thought. I usually just catch the highlights on a British channel on Monday night. Hopefully they're running them again (not confirmed). I guess I'll find out tonight! :D

Yeah buddy! Question: why do so many people dislike Mark Marquez? I've seen him booed on the podium at a number of past races.

Good question. Maybe because he crushed the competition, including Rossi, with in-your-face race tactics? I think it could be argued that he had a run that was as good or better than any other in the history of the sport. That said, I can't remember a race that I was happy that he won, except for maybe beating Lorenzo.

He's won a huge pile of races and championships and has on occasion been a reckless douche on the track. Because of the halo effect, the stewards have never sanctioned him for his moments of stupidity and that really chaps some people.

Actually, he has been penalized a couple of times, but not nearly often enough to suit some people.

That sums it up pretty well.

I've been watching GP racing since 1978, and he's the best I've ever seen. Probably said this before here, but I was at COTA in 2013 when he won his first MotoGP race. Was here all three days and saw all of practice and qualifying. Left there just stunned, convinced he'd win the championship that year and as many after that as he was healthy for.

They have a range event of sizes. Which do you think are the best?

I try to catch the North West 200 if I can, but realistically any of the smaller venues are just as hairy and ass-clenching.
The annoying thing is, about half of the meetings take place in the Republic, but the state broadcaster refuses to cover them, so the only TV coverage is courtesy of BBC Northern Ireland, and they can't cover events south of the border.
