A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

Pic of the week game

2013 Indy MotoGP. Suzuki representive found me on my way in the main gate, Friday afternoon.
One guy in a Sukuki shirt saw the bike, and was talking to me, and another guy in Suzuki shirt came up and was trying to interupt the first guy saying that the bike was suppose to be stock, and I had to explain to them both that it is all stock.
THen they invited me to park in thier display area for "Suzuki: 50 years in the US.". WHich I did Friday and again Saturday.

TO add to the story:
WHile I was in the display, I noticed that different guys in Suzuki shirts, must have been on the event staff, would stop and look at the GK and look puzzled, and then look at the pictures on the big display boards. ANd then I realised that, hey, these guys were probably not born yet in 1982 or maybe were in grade school. So, I was chatting with one of those guys, and I asked if they had anyone older there, and he made a call, and before too long a guy about my age showed up. He identified my bike as a GK right away. ANd said the he had an 1100G.
He said he was mostly retired other than his involment in "events", but that his carreer with Suzuki USA did go back to the 70s, and he seemed excited to see the GK, and excitiedly started to tell me about how he was involved in finding american fairing manufactures for the dealer add ons ...... and then when they were planning for the Cavelcades and then the GKs he was involved ... and then he abruptly discontinued his story, changed the subject and went back into the crowd. My therery was that he was ecxited to talk about the GK and his carreer, but then realized he was not suppose to divuge details about the source/supplier of the fairing/bags.
But, that is my story of my "brush with fame". Yah, I talked to a guy that was involved in develpment/production of the GK and prior.
I didnt get him to sign my bike (but I did get a bussiness card that maybe I still have someplace).

I think this picture beautifully captures the harmony between my soul, this body, and the mechanical machine. There's something almost sacred about the Triumph T120; it moves with the physical self, not just beneath it. This year, we set out with the Scrambler 1200, embracing the ride as both an adventure and continued journey within.

Have a great day!

This is the most recent picture of me and my favorite bike. What makes her my favorite is a long story.

Lot's of really good photos that scream "this is me and my bike!" But I'm voting for Redman - I like the story of how he ended up standing there in a row of bikes on display.

Dave, I deleted my summation, you got a better pic of Norm and Stator to show up. But you got to go back and pick up Scott Marvin's pic that you missed.
