If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

Sexxy! Love the powdercoat!

Interesting about the forks - more options are always good.
Well done, and I'll be watching with interest!

More powder coating today! Got the rear wheel, brake caliper/brackets and also did the foot pegs and passenger peg bracket done. The chrome part i left of the regular footpeg brackets have a rubber bushing in them. We have about 15" of snow and I did not feel like driving to the other shop with the press. I will get them later.

I also have to find or make a larger oven to get the swingarm in so I can do it in black as well. Not going to powder coat the red on the rear wheel but going to add a small red stripe with a Beuglar pinstriping tool

If I ever rebuild the front forks, I wil pc the bottom piece the brakes bolt onto.

Side shot after cam/side covers, redid risers to get further up. When the front tire wears out, i am going to redo the front wheel as I do not like the red outer....:(

Ordered front fender as well. Next will be to powder coat the swingarm and take a side panel to the paint store to get a color match for the front fender and fairing. Going to reclear the tank and existing body work as it is in great shape but mmight as well why i am painting!

Here is a shot of the powder coat job on the tripple tree and risers..

Awesome Work!!
I see you're running the original swingarm. Will the powdercoating work with the factory anodizing on it?

Yep, after it is cleaned, blasted and treated with iron phosphate wash. That is what I am told about annodized stuff. The blasting will not remove the annodizing, but the IP should treat it .

:D WOOOHOOO! Got my swingarm done! Now waiting on new bearings and bushings to get here so I can install it!

Can't wait to get the bike oustide in good light and take some pics.

I did not use any IP on this. Just cleaned, blasted, rinsed with denatured alcohol and coated!

Got a crappy phone pic with all the new powder coated parts. Fender should be here tomorrow...but so is more snow:(

So, a week later , my Delkevic fender shows up...UPS has had it for 17 days!

I need to take a side panel by the paint store and get a color match for the front fender.

I believe it will look good with the SV650 quarter faring as well. Going to change the color scheme on the wheels and rotors back to black wheels and gold rotors...

Finally got my Kerker done! Powder coated today! I think it really looks good. This was the last piece other than clearcoating the tank and sidecovers etc,
