    A note to new registrants...
All new forum registrations must be activated via email before you have full access to the forum.

A Special Note about Email accounts!
DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

Sounds good, I'll get it sent out to you tonight or tomorrow.
Don't worry about paying me. Just make a donation to GS Resource if you'd like.
Hey, Storm. I want to thank you again for your kindness in sending your puller to a total stranger. If you've already sent it, I'll turn it around and send it right back, with a check for the shipping. I know you said you would send it for free, but as it turns it my mechanic friend found the washer and the puller is no longer needed, and I would feel better if you would allow me to pay you back if only the shipping cost. I am so very grateful for your offer and I'm sorry I wasted your time. I hope I can pay back the favor some day.

    Regards
    Larry

Hi Larry, well I'm glad you got it figured out and all back together. Yeah, I did get the puller sent. I shipped it two day Air, but send it back the cheapest way possible. Yeah, I like to help out the guys when I can. I have a nice stash of GS parts, mostly 1100e parts. I am a machinist, I've made a few parts for the guys over the years. if you ever need any machining done let me know. You have a great day
Thank you very much for the kind offer to send me your puller. I'm very grateful. I'll take good care of it and get it back to you a.s.a.p.

    Hi Storm 64,

Did Trevor buy the your exhaust for the 82' GS1100E? I have a 80' GS1100E that I'm currently restoring and the stock mufflers are rusted out below the baffles. It appears the 80' and 82' exhaust are almost the same.

I'm sorry Ian, there not for sale. I'm still in the gathering stage for my 82 1100e restoration... Plus I wouldn't even know what price I'd ask for them. I payed $300 but I had to drive to Connecticut to get them! But on a scale of 1-10 a 9.5 Oh, I was kind of jacking Trevor around to see what he'd pay for them. He never got back to me. Lol
