    A note to new registrants...
All new forum registrations must be activated via email before you have full access to the forum.

A Special Note about Email accounts!
DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

Tire Mounting/Balancing Service... Thoughts and Opinions.

Yeah, but say you're riding along, happy as a clam, keeping it at or below 80 mph, and suddenly you encounter a law enforcement officer who wants to prove his Crown Vic is as fast as your 11E. Are you just going to disqualify yourself while you've still got another 60 mph between your legs? 👮...

Tire Mounting/Balancing Service... Thoughts and Opinions.

Doesn't that junk leave a gawd-awful mess in tires and on wheels? I'm thinking of that goo (foamy) stuff. Is there a product that just consists of BBs rolling around inside? If so, I can easily imagine them not working at all speeds and even vibrating, which would scare the shyte out of me...

    Having trouble with cold starts?

I'll say joke. Just not all that funny. Possibly some demented creature who's likely to have a large laugh if he ever sees just one rider who fell for it.

Hanging Idle (I know, but bear with me) and different carbs

Idle w/o choke in 5 minutes is a tad long, but letting it idle with (varying amounts of) choke for a few minutes after start up is not improper. Your choke is there for a reason - use it. On the other hand, the idle set screw is not normally meant to be used every time you ride. Quite the...

    Engine oil problem

IIRC, my 1971 CB350 and my '73 Z1 both had the standard on, off & reserve 3 position petcocks. And while I frequently did turn them off after rides, I'm sure I often didn't. Four years of daily riding one and 10 years of the other, I never experienced any problems. Maybe because I probably...

Ask Nessim to provide you with the SH775. He'll get you one that has been confirmed genuine, tested and confirmed working. You won't get that kind of deal on ebay.

180 degrees is one thing. Just be glad the bike (or you) didn't end up hanging from a lampost.

    First Road Crash

Ouch! Glad you're okay. That's quite a 'lip.' And the bugs. Took me a few seconds to realize what they were. Reminds me of when some rural friends in south Jersey told me there are "too many bugs to ride without a fairing." Glad you're okay.
