If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

Thanks Bunches

Hello Frank,
Just wanted to say when i got home last nite there to my wonderous eyes did I spy an envelope from Austin. Of course after the obligatory "So WHO DO You Know IN Austin" from the wife I opened the envelope and found my new decals. Had to say thanks I think they look purty darn good. Also give me an excuse to pull and clean my controls. Maybe even a little paint. So again thanks.

Mike :D

Glad folks are getting the decals. Sometimes a gamble with USPS during the holidays. Post some pics when they're installed! I'll be ordering more next week, and these should be right on the mark.

Got mine too - nice work, GREAT instructions!

Won't be able to post 'installed' pics until closer to riding season, but I'll make sure I do before and after shots.

Thanks!

Decals arrived Frank, just go to say job well done, and what an instructional sheet to go with them, fantastic. You'll be a #1 ebay seller with these for sure. Have a look at Franks address stamp, that's awesome, what a great idea.

Hi Frank, got mine in the mail yesterday. Had to put them on straight away. Close up in photo I think I scratched them a bit much with the Scotch Brite. But from a distance they look great. Better then having none there in the first place. Didnt have to use the indicator side as appears PO has replaced with a new one. Any way have a look.

Many thanks :dancing:

New switch control decals are in!

New switch control decals are in!

Okay folks, new batch of switch control decals are in, and they look great. I'll try to reply to folks who wanted some, but please feel free to contact me again via email.

I have details on ordering in my album section, and I'll start a new thread under "For Sale- Parts, Misc." ? or should it be under "GS Parts and Services"... anyone know what would be more appropriate??? ?

The decals are designed for 1980/1981 GS 1100, 1000, and 850 series. Ignition switches work on a variety of models.

Thanks all for field-testing and great feedback! ?Frank Z.

I'd go with "GS Parts and Services"...

If you sell parts or provide services for GS series motorcycles, place a description of it in this forum.

plus after 90 days your post will fall off the ends of the earth if there hasn't been any new posts attached to it in the last 7days.

Postings to the For Sale and Wanted sections will be deleted 90 days after the initial posting date if there has been no activity to the thread in the last 7 days.

Cool. Thanks RB. Will move posting now.

Edit: waiting for admin to okay post under GS Parts and Service.
