A Special Note about Email accounts!
DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

Really considering shortening up the tail a tad. opinions on this quick chopped picture...

Personally? I like that a lot more. But it all depends on if you want aesthetics or comfort for a pillion.

+1 Looks better in my eye.
Seems to not be so... "DAMN!"
but more like "WOW!"

Thanks I like the look better too. heading to the shop shortly to chop er off

The tail got chopped today. as well as an undertail and such. Even had a some talk today about building a tank using pipe and flat metal to match the tail now. But that will probably be after stripping down the bike and painting the frame. so not soon.

looks great man! i think you should make up an undertail exhaust too go with it. that would look the business

Yeah I agree on the undertail exhaust. Just not sure what to do with the plate. kind of trying to avoid side mount to keep cop popularity down.

My suggestion for the exhaust is to run it inside the rear tail that you've covered with the aluminum sheet. This way you can still have the plate on the back of the bike without putting it sideways.

You've got a lot of room inside your tail that you can take advantage of.

hmm...Thanks for the idea on that.

Just a thought as I was playing, My two favorite colors, The white would be accompanied by gold leafing and red and gray pinstriping.

You got mad fab skills....AWESOME
Also request you step back just a little for a couple pics so I can see more of that 1st gen Camaro. ;)

OK, The car that is gonna drive me to drinkin. :)

Did a frame off resto on this 68 camaro. Its been back together and I've polished it 3 times due to it hanging around the shop for ever. Each time I polish it i hope it will head out the door soon. It just wont leave. Not sure if its something to do with the owner or my boss or whats going on but it here it still sits Basically just needs a tune up and some carb tinkering to get it running smoothly but it sounds pretty good as is.

Ooooohhhhh My! It's nice to see an SS that doesn't have the RS hide-a-ways. Seeing the headlight out in a previous pic I thought it was in progress. Wasn't expecting something that nice!

Yeah the headlights are out to get the emblems off to polish that area.

I dont think the tank matches the tail at all. In my opinion the lines clash hard. Its got a little belly flab and needs some angles to match your rear.
