    A note to old forum members...
    I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

    Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

    Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

    If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

    If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

That's why I'm riding the He!! out of mine as well. It needs lotsa cosmetics, but getting the mechanical bugs worked out while I save a couple bucks to hopefully fix the truck for winter. We'll see what happens. I plan to ride till the thermal underwear no longer keeps me warm :D

I was gonna say the same thing about the tank! Stole my comment Jeeprusty! :P
 
Yup, the bike looks good enough right now. I'm hoping to get the mechanics and electrics all good then ride all summer and possibly through the fall/winter as well. It depends if it snows or not.

I was planning on a set of red bodywork, which I already have and another set in blue. I can do that with my school's autobody shop! And I have chance to get another set of body work.

But right now, we wait. I need more money and waiting for my carbs.

So I still have electrical problems. None of my lights works except the headlight. I hope that this will fix it.

I know how you feel FC... impatiently waiting for 13th August when I'll get to fire the 450 up again...

You'll be riding that thing a lot sooner than I will the 450! :rolleyes:

I rode it last week :p. But yeah, still some bugs to work out.

I am also waiting for you to start that 450 up. Must hear exhaust! :D
 
Nah not quite... it's just a matter of logistics. Saturday's are the only weekend days I get a chance for that sort of thing and that will be the first one when I actually will have time to kick it over after getting the exhaust made up... can't wait!

Oh, gotcha! I was kinda shocked for a while lol.

Looking forward to you getting it fired up! And don't forget about the 1100. I think I'll have my carbs back on Monday. I don't mind the wait since I gotta package up these patches and stuff. Got a long weekend ahead of me!

I don't mind going off topic every once in a while. :rolleyes:

I just checked tracking. The carbs and check panel control unit is in Federal Way, WA! That's 10 mins from my house. It will be delivered tomorrow afternoon. :cool:

So I hope to have a good update tomorrow! :D

Yeah. What he said. Well, it's almost 12 PM now. But the mailman is inconsistent. He may be here at 1 PM, 2 PM, 4 PM, etc. I never know when he'll be here! But I always listen for that little white van :rolleyes:. I love it when he gets here with stuff! :D
