A Special Note about Email accounts!
DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

  • In order to help others find info on a particular bike, be sure to put the year, make or model of bike that you are asking a question about, in the Topic Title. This will allow people to pass by posts they have no interest in.

3 project z1s 1973,1974,1975 The 73 is an early serial number bike built in 1972 and is in nice un-abused condition, not rusty, crashed or modified, although it does not wear its original paint scheme or pipes (you just order this stuff new from z1 enterprises for very reasonable prices anyway) has BC registration in my name. $8000. The 1974 is in similar condition but with no registration. I will provide bill of sale. $2500 The 1975 is very rusty but similarly un-abused and with registration in my name $1500. I have some spares as well: extra heads, tanks etc. Will not sell the parts separately. $10,000 for everything. I am reducing my collection of bikes and cars to a more manageable level. Check out my other adds for other good stuff. Once a couple things sell I will not need to sell the rest so if you are interested in the Z1s don't wait too long. serious inquiries only please, no pictures available.

These old bikes are out there...just gotta always be looking.

OMG. first tranvestite posts, then pedeofile posts now kawaski posts. When will it all stop. Seriously, great score for your buddy.

Kinda hard to go wrong on those, even if you paid his asking prices. Every time I look up, the old Kaws are going up in value. Get em' while you still can, in ANY condition!

I must be missing something on the Blue Z-1, just about all the chrome (shocks, fenders, forks etc) pieces are pitted to the point of being scrap. Looks like it was subjected to an ASTM salt spray test.

So what so valuable on that one engine & frame? I am just a value buyer no offense mind you :)

The blue bike 'asis' on eBay will probably fetch $2,000+. It's a 75 Z1 and fairly collectable. Depending on the miles on the bike, the engine alone is probably worth $700-$1000. Restored into presentable condition and it would fetch $6,000-$10,000...

I know the buyer and he has about 200 bikes in his collection, (maybe more) so I guess he knows the value of these bikes, I'm sure he didn't over pay.

Seems he likes picking up bikes from the Island, as he's been over there a few times lately, seem to remember a very nice mint Walter Wolfe RG500 he got from there a few months back.
