A Special Note about Email accounts!
DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

Went for a quick ride up to the old train depot in Boise yesterday. Supposed to be 70 degrees this weekend. Having a crack in my right side muffler tig welded to hold me off until I can purchase a new one. I pasted the BB code in the message box, will see if this is how to post photo from album. Good riding all.

Got in a couple of laps of my favourite local twisty roads on Wednesday after getting some Avon Roadriders fitted. Turned out to be a beautiful day for a ride after earlier predictions of showers which would've been interesting on fresh rubber.

I had to go straight from work so I couldn't get Stator out for a ride but I promised him I'll get him out soon now that the fresh rubber is on...

Finally got to ride to work today and even took the interstate from the hospital to the Air Force base where we have a DOD-VA Veterans Transition Center. As much as I hate riding on the interstate it went well for me. Did have problems with my turn signal switch when pressing it to the right but I think it's fixed again.

finally got the skunk les pew straightened out and went for a little ride with the kids today.

Had some friends help take off the short shocks the po put on and put the original shocks back on. Also installed the rear rack. She looks so good now. :)

Also, today is the first time I took her on a longer trip. 150 or so miles. It was rainy and cold, but she did well the whole way!

The Wombat ride

The Wombat ride

Hi all,

Myself, my brother and couple of mates went for a short blast from Yass to Wombat (about 220k round trip) for a beer and lunch yesterday. It's an easy ride on NSW country roads. No hassles with the bike and a great lunch. Successful day I'd say.

My brother rides a Ducati Monster, we had along a Norton Commando 850 and a Japanese cruiser of some description (I think it's a Kawasaki).

Cheers
Muz

Wife and I got out for her first blast of the summer. Kinda strange not having a gs insured to ride. My 14 will have to suffice.

Got out for a quick one on Saturday with the Kat boys and finally got Stator out for his first ride on the 450... and he had a sit on the Kats as well... and got to enjoy the scenery...

Hahaha too true Tom! I'm doing my best to keep his mouth shut and keep him out of trees...

Bike night tonight....
Little cool but good to stretch the 750's legs. My son came for the ride too...

Good stuff Trevor, and that's very cool that your son takes his dog on the Duc!

I don't think my cats would like that somehow...

Oops. sorry Pete, that's not my son. My son rides with me as he is 11.
That's Pascal, salesman at BMW that sold me my new bike. That's his dog Marley. It's a shop dog and loves motorcycles.:D

Hahaha cool, I figured you must've had a second son I'd never seen mention of before ;)

Haven't ridden in a month, but isn't the Tsawwassen swap meet this month? Be a good excuse for a ride. Or did I miss it?
