All new forum registrations must be activated via email before you have full access to the forum.

A Special Note about Email accounts!
DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

anyone go for a ride today? Pics?

Got a chance between showers to get a quick run down to Fremantle port on the GS850 and met up with some fellow riders. The bike still revs too high and needs the carbies done again, after a dodgy mechanic broke the mixture jet off in the body.
I forgot how well these handle though the twisties, and had a bit of fun on the way home.

Gorgeous bike Sink!
I need to figure out how to get my clutch cover to mirror like yours!!!! Looks amazing!

Thanks Glen!
I'm pretty pumped to be back on such mint little L... I am overly impressed with this little 650... It's quite revvy and goes like a bat out of heck above 4k rpm and quickly buries the 85mph speedo.

Nothing but smiles!

It sat in a shed for two years, so in the cold months it got every part cleaned or rebuilt. The tank and the front guard I got off Ebay, almost new condition. And the motor was soda blasted and rebuilt with a little bit of extra bling, and the sidecovers were repaired and repainted. The only place I invested a bit of money was the cockpit, new parts and broken bits trash binned.

Older then me and looks better then me! Taking the Classic into work today! GORGEOUS weather finally!

I wanna ride up to Painted Rocks this summer, or drive up and camp with my kayak.
PS: Why hide the plate, stolen bike?

Stellar Weekend! 230+ miles on the ole yet new to me GS650L. She's a keeper! +100 miles 2 up today. Bike ran great 2 up, the 673cc had NO complaints tugging us along even up hills in top gear.

An extremely short but valuable ride today with Charmayne, her first after the accident, to see if she could handle being on the bike after the doctor allowed her to ride (she's not allowed to drive the car yet though). She did great in a very low stress environment so we'll give her some more seat time over the next several days.

The ride from the garage to the house was also my first after riding the FJR; actually had to look down at the bike just to make sure I was even on one . My 550T is so much lighter than that FJR.
