A Special Note about Email accounts!
DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

I remember that bike,it was at the Spunky's vintage show I went to with Trevor and a few guys from BCCMC.

Wow, he didn't spare any expense huh?
Especially with those $5 e-bay pods, and those Lowes vacuum hose that goes for 65cents per foot....

What a tool.

...judging by the blurry photos, he has tears in his eyes when he looks at it...
I know I do. Thanks :)
(and why DO so many craigslist ads have blurry,dark,plain- bad pictures of something to sell?)

What cracks me up, is when they supply photos, but are so small, they are worthless

Full size, not a thumbnail

Lots of potential is code for pile of crap.

Why do people take off the fenders? Is that supposed to look 'cool'? Have the never actually ridden a bike before, and don't realize it's not there to be pretty, it's there to do a job? Hell, I'd have ditched the fairing in a minute, right along with those goofy bars, but the fender looked nice.. some polish on that bike would've increased it's value, the paint turned it into a future parts bike lol.

Really doesn't need anything, but maybe a paint job!

Replaced with a real motorcycle would be a good start.

Really no excuse for bad photos on CL. 99% of cameras today let you actually see what you took a picture of. Or they think the "accent" of the picture will mask something. Crappy angles, half the bike in the picture - why bother?

I have a better offer.

You know, that may actually run ok. Well, it may actually run.

Another of those rat bike projects that no one wants to ride, even its creator.

Don't slide too far off the back of this one:

650 chain drives are relatively rare. Such a shame he chose to chop that.
