A Special Note about Email accounts!
DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

If your right leg gets cold you can warm it up with this sweet Suzuki Savage bobber with the teeny tiny Honda tank which angles back so that a third of the fuel will stay in permanent reserve:

I dunno, I kinda like it. May not be practical, useful or economical, but looks kinda neat. The battery may be grounded at the first speed bump though.

1. I once took a Honda Grom out for a track day for giggles. Does that make that Grom now a racing bike?
2. The little tribal details on the bike tell me all I need to know about the owners likelihood of keeping the maintenance current...

I saw that episode of Jay Leno's Garage featuring those kits. Kind of cool really. Not my thing, but still pretty cool...

I was looking at that last week. That is a mighty dent. Are those bolts in the "fering" supposed to be there? Decent looking bike aside from that. I wonder how low he would go. (Im not inthe market)

I?m gonna say no bolts there. They pop in just like the side covers.

I like that bike and price. I've never worked on a tank dent like that but looks like it fell over in the garage kinda dent.
Maybe 2 years and that kid will be big enough to whip his ole grandad LOL ;)

I think it's funny that he has two pictures of himself, but only one of the whole bike. Narcissist much? :o

Maybe these people have never owned a bike that ran good?

?The bike is awesome, loud, chopped and ready to be customized even more. I have no more time for it sadly, but would love to see it go to someone new rather than collect dust. It runs just fine, has a newer starter, solenoid, battery, some lights etc. Its not completely street legal at the moment but can be remedied with some led blinkers and horn pretty quickly.?

I would give him $700 for a big crank motor, there is no value in the rest. 5 minutes with a Sawzall and a can of spray paint does NOT add value, it eliminates it.

I personally cannot wait for the "bobber bubble" to burst. Chopping up a bike, thowing a Chinese sourced caf? seat pan on the frame, and using some flat black spray paint isn't hard to do and doesn't magically add 3 grand in value to a bike.
