A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.
Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.
Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...
If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.
If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

Why Yes, yes they are! And a new chain with sprockets, all services done with valve adjustment to boot!
MY insurance would be with the B-king, FZ1 and GR650 (full coverage on only the KIng) is looking like $65 a month or $780 a year. Perfect driving history with no accidents except the one claim on my FZ1 when it got wrecked this past year. Been with progressive for 13 years (since I was 18) so I' have all the major discounts, also I get a discount for I have insurance for my auto and renters insurance through them.its a nice bike but I bet its a pig to insure
Plan on using it for my long trips... Or cold weather...Make sure the service bulletin for the loosening clutch plate bolts has been done. It's the bike's only real weakspot, and it's an easy fix.
You really need to lose that windscreen though... I'm sure it's great protection but it's hideous! :hypnotysed:

Don't you guys get killed with registration too up there? I know in Quebec they can't ride after November until March... It's only $45 a year in Vermont. I will have to pay the 6% sales tax though to register the King...I don't want to talk about insurance.:sorrow:

I'm getting the service history in a couple of days sent to me. Only one owner who was pretty meticulous with it. (love the fact I'll be the 2nd owner!)
I bought a 8" GS1100E "Train" Headlight in which I intend to install.![]()
Phbbbt! You have three classic policies! Try insuring three (or four) regular big cc road bikes! :sorrow::sorrow::sorrow::sorrow:
I'll look to see if it feasible. If not then I won't loose sleep over it.What will you use for gauges? The stock ones are integrated to the headlight mount.
Glen, this one was the lowest B-King listed... IN THE COUNTRY! Average price is $8K with an average of 15K miles. This one has 19K... A steal...Congrats.....I dont know the market for them, but with the aftermarket bits it seems like a good deal to me.
Enjoy, and try not to let the anticipation get the best of you.
Lol How'd I know you were going to bring up Forced induction... Umm I'll wait for now. I have 60 more ponies to get use to first...i am speechless........
good choice...my choice for sure and an awesome price to boot...
add a basic turbo kit and smoke every over priced H2 you come across![]()

Thanks so much for the Recall info. Dealer is closed till Tuesday, I'll be doing more paper work with them over the phone and I'll be sure to find the Recall information and pass it on to ensure they go over it. I'm very pumped about the torque!!! The one thing I miss about my B-12 with stage 3 was the oodles of torque down low... The FZ1 just isn't cutting the custard on it. I'm not sure about the power commander. I'll inquire too. Like I said I just got the preliminary paper work done, I saw a Bking for a steal and just put the money down ASAP. I'll keep you posted on the details as they come in.There were actually 2 recalls, one for the clutch bolts and one for the rectifier. Any Suzuki dealership can look up your VIN and tell you whether they have been done or not. GREAT bike, and $5500 was a STEAL! I sold mine last summer, simply because I hadn't been riding it, a forum member from Michigan came down to get it. I've had 2 shoulder surguries in the past few years, and this bike does NOT lend to riding it when your shoulders are sore, trust me on this one! Does yours have the TRE installed to disable the factory rev limiter, or maybe a Power Commander, which can basically do the same thing? Mine would power wheelie all day long 1-3rd gear, it was hard to keep the front wheel on the ground, fastest thing I have ever ridden. I put bar risers on mine, and you'll likely need to invest in some vibranators if you don't have them already, these inline 4's are notorious for handlebar buzzing, it was the first thing I did to mine, and made a huge difference! I assume you've already joined the B-King forum? Great bunch of guys, but be forwarned, 85% of them are overseas, not a whole lot of these in the states! You made a great choice, enjoy!
