Where do you folks get your brake pads? I'm a little suspicious about getting them on Amazon because when I search for pads to fit my GS750 the pictures are different.

I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.
Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

Returning Visitors
If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.
If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.
Patronize your local Suzuki dealer. If you you don't have one, go to any of the reputable online dealers of Suzuki stuff. I've bought from the 3 below with (relatively) few issues.

The local shop here doesn't carry Suzuki bikes, but their parts department has aftermarket parts that fit. Just picked up my brake pads an hour ago. Thanks!
The pictures on most websites, even the big sellers, are just generic shots of random brake pads. It is truly annoying.
That said, I've ordered several sets of pads on Amazon with no problems. Figure out the part number you need and do all the usual due diligence to determine whether the seller is legit.
I've also found quite a lot on fleaBay; one advantage here is that you get an actual picture most of the time. And I don't know where they get them, but there are some sellers who seem to be sitting on a giant pile of brake pads in dusty packaging somehow obtained from defunct dealers. Age doesn't really matter for good quality brake pads like EBC if they're still in the package.

Deffo the case. As I mentioned in another thread, a couple of years ago I scored four sets of Carbon Lorraine pads for peanuts. They're truly excellent, but require proper bedding-in (which I do anyway). Scanning down through the seller's other listings it was quite obvious he was flogging off the contents of a bankrupt / retired dealer's shop(s).

Well, it looks like my issue (minimal braking in the back) isn't pads after all. I'm thinking master cylinder. I had flushed and refilled the brakes late last year and they worked fine then, and even this summer up until last weekend. I bled them today on the off chance it was a trapped air bubble but no luck.

They're usually available, but you might need to get detectorist on your exact master cylinder if it's not a common model. Have a look at the part lists on
