Free random parts!

Hi. Haven't been on the forums for a few years, had to start a new account.

FREE PARTS LOT take all or nothing I won't separate.

Have a small lot of 750/850 8-valve parts (it's been so long I don't have a complete list) but it includes:
-couple cylinder heads (one I think is complete)
-Vance & Hines drag header (off to the side) has a dented pipe
-Vance & Hines exhaust can and baffle
-*some* misc small electrical stuff
-cylinder head gaskets

There's also some ambiguous parts that may or may not be GS-stuff:
Fender or two
turn signal stalks
set of carbs with the accelerator pump (kz650?) they are clean but disassembled
bags of misc screws/springs

It amounts to about 2ish milk crates worth of stuff plus a well-packed box with the complete cylinder head.

In Aurora, IL near the expressway.

I sold my GS a few years back, and this is all the extra stuff I had accumulated while owning it.
I can't bring myself to throw this stuff away, but I'm tired of shuffling parts around I don't need any more.

Delivery possible in the greater Chicagoland area as long as the parts are going to a good home.

I don't feel great about scrapping this stuff, could someone please take it?

Or maybe some of the more wizened members of this forum could assure me there's little to no value in parts here?
I guess my inner hoarder/pack rat is looking for permission to scrap this stuff...

Did I mention I'd be willing to deliver, maybe an hour radius from Aurora IL?

I'll be passing through the area on my way to potentially pick up a body shell for my MGB this Sunday. I plan to take 294 -> 290 -> 90 - would that be near your neck of the woods?

I'm minutes from the Orchard Road exit on I-88 in west Aurora.
Unfortunately, I have to work dawn to dusk Sunday in Geneva.
That said, if you wanted to side trip to Geneva I'd be happy to throw the parts in the trunk and you could grab them from there.

Unrelated, I *LOVE* MGs. My first three cars were midgets, and I've been driving the hell out of a supercharged 61 A for a few summers.
My dad has a 57(?) TF he's looking to sell in a few months if you know anyone might be interested.

Might be too late now, but PM sent regarding the parts.

Glad to find another MG fan! My grandfather taught me stick in his '73 B. He ended up giving it to me before I graduated highschool - it needs a lot of work, but I've been dreaming of restoring it for years and I think the project is finally about to be underway.
