A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • This forum is to be used by folks who sell parts or services for GS series motorcycles regularly, or as a business.

If you are interested in providing parts and/or service to GSResource members it is expected that you will 1) keep customers informed on the status of their order, 2) you will reply to customer emails and PM's in a timely manner, 3) you provide what is agreed to in a timely manner. If personal circumstances prevent you from doing this, then you are expected to inform the customer before any transaction takes place. Failure to follow these basic business rules will force me to ban your forum account and list you in the Deadbeat forum.

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

How do you improve on what is already one of the best JIS screwdriver sets available?

Make them "full tang". The shaft is now one piece from the tip to the top of the handle.
Put a hex fitting on top so you can use a wrench or socket for increased leverage.
Re-design the handle for increased grip, transferring more torque to the screw.

Introducing the redesigned Gofast Innovations JIS screwdriver set.

I'm sold... I've been needing a set of these for a while...
I emailed you from your website a few weeks ago but saw no reply.

SOLD!!!! I have been threatening to get a set of these for a while

Ordered. I've been needing a set of these for years. Good price too

I just ordered mine too! I'll save a spot for them in my new Kobalt rolling tool box.

I have the first gen set and can attest to their quality. A great set of screwdrivers that makes all the difference when working on a Japanese bike.

I haven't received mine yet...but it's only been since April 7th.

NJ,

Have been thinking I should have some of these since seeing them here on GSR a couple years ago.

Well, today, I messed up a screw using regular phillips ... ... Okay.
Just placed order.

I won't say you'll never bugger another screw head but using the right tool for the job will significantly reduce the possibility. There really is a difference!

Mine arrived today - these are professional grade tools. They're weighty but balanced and feel good in the hand, the magnetic tip and socket end for greater leverage are nice features.

Oh, Man. What a difference (once the driver is properly lined up with the screw head).

THe difference is like comparing a loose fitting adjustable wrench on a bolt head as compared to an allen wrench in an allen bolt.

Other comparison: know how a regular philips screw driver is kinda sloppy in a JIS screw and wants to walk its way out of the screw when apply some torque?...., well, this JIS screw driver doesnt do that, it is almost like having a socket on a bolt.

Ordered on the 16th, received on 23rd. (Michigan from Ontario)
