Mystery 4 into 1 headers (maybe 88+ gsxr?)

Alright y'all, time to find a home for this thing. Here's the deal: it's a bit of an unknown of what bike this thing should go to SO I'm gonna give it away for the cost of shipping with the deal that if it doesn't fit your bike, you'll pass it on to someone else for the same.

first timer suggested it could be from a liquid cooled 1988+ gsxr on this thread I posted. It was listed on ebay as coming off of a '77 750, and it was close to fitting on my '79, but the mounting clamps were wrong, the top of the collector barely hit the oil filter cover and it would've interfered with the center stand.

Do you know if its mild steel or stainless by chance? I can weld mild steel.

I don't know for sure, but a magnet sticks to it pretty strong so my guess is mild steel

I ran the sn off the headers and did a quick search, looks like it’s an old MAC set.

I typed in motorcycle 4/1 headers and added the ssn from your pic. and followed the treads.
