Thought maybe you'd like to see another project I just finished. A different paint scheme then you might be used to seeing from me on this site, but I know you guys appreciate cool bikes. 1990 Honda RC30. Made 2 years, only a couple 100 from each from what I understand. All the parts are hand-laid, very thin fiberglass. A common problem with them seems to be the paint bubbling, some worse than others. I think they probably didn't gas out enough at the factory before being painted..my own opinion, of course..:-\\\ Every square inch of these particular parts, though, had a 1/8" bubble on it. Crazy amount of time (hand) sanding them back to the original gel coat. The owner couldn't believe his eyes. Cool.
