Promo code for Parts Outlaw?

We ought to send multiple emails requesting a shipping free promo code for the GSR community. Tell them that we buy almost exclusively from them and if they would like to keep our business, please provide an incentive for us to remain with them. I origionally went with them because I could drive up there if I had an issue, but there are other places like Babbits, Hondaparts, Bikebandit......... that may be willing to accommodate such a large group. http://www.partsoutlaw.com/contactus

Maybe someone here that is good at being tactful, can write a form letter we can copy and paste to send them, so they may find out the potential loss of business by the volume they receive.

The $1.99 shipping was great, but I don't really mind paying $9.99 to have my package shipped 3000 miles. The nearest Suzuki shop is at least 80 miles away. It's not practical to buy parts from them.

Is is worthy of a copy and paste for the rest of us? If you think it is post it. Or start a new thread, "Message to Partsoutlaw", that way people will know what to do. If it works or doesn't we might try with some other outlets we frequent. I think free shipping from anywhere is incentive for us cheapskates to consider.

I have been a customer of parts Outlaw for about 5 years, I found out about Boulevard Suzuki, now Parts Outlaw from the GSR forum.

I now pass the name onto all new members and let them know that Parts Outlaw is one of the preferred suppliers for Suzuki parts.

Part of the reason I have been so loyal is the low shipping costs and it's great when I have forgotten a few small pieces after placing a large order, i have no hesitation in placing another order.

Please consider bringing the promo back as we are a bunch of cheap skates with plenty of money to spend and we want to spend it at Parts Outlaw.

I personally have been getting parts from you, since back when it was Boulevard Suzuki and Ashley was taking orders. Sadly we have recently discovered that you are not honoring the BANG promo code for free or greatly reduced shipping. Your business is very important to us and your name is dropped as the place to contact, to every one looking for new parts . I understand that you may lose a little by providing very low or free shipping, but if you take into account the amount of shoppers you have access to through our forum, I think the volume of business would be well worth some consideration of reinstating or creating a new promo code such as GSR for our members to use.

Same here. I've been buying lots of parts from P O when the code went away. I emailed to ask about the code and the woman who wrote back said they were going to change the code. A week later I wrote again and she said no more code because too many people got their hands on it. Was it supposed to be a secret code at one time??

I relied on the promo code for the small stuff, like nuts, bolts, hoses. Things that added up to less than $10.

I'd love to give them all my service, but its hard when shipping is always $10.

I didn't get anything by way of a response. Not even a, "Sorry were are just loosing to much money from you cheapskates, to keep giving you free or cheap shipping".
