The good: the 850G I bought 2 years ago came with an above-the-battery tool tray. Hooray!
The bad: It's cracked rather badly in three places.
The ugly: I tried repairing it with 5-minute epoxy and apparently that's not at all the right stuff. Whoopsie. It did not adhere to the plastic at all despite sanding the surface to give it some tooth. And once dried it was very brittle.
What's the right product or process to use here?
I know the side covers are ABS but I don't know my plastics well and this piece has no markings. It feels a bit more pliable than the side covers.
