A Special Note about Email accounts!
DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

Looks like we might be on this tag for awhile, so here is a couple of custom Yamaha's, I saw at the swap meet. The rest I'm going to post over in the "did you go for a ride today thread". So no bitching and moaning about throughing the thread off.:-$ Just a little eye candy.

This reminds me a little of my '69 Triumph chopper 650/750 top end, thought it's not 10' long like mine was. Hummmm, 1100 16v, whatcha think old_skool? or

Ummm...no, hardtails sux no matter what you stick in them, even with bouncy seats, you need a suspension to keep the rear wheel planted for safety.
I'm assuming you were joking anyway, just had to join in the fun.

;)Me joke? Never ever. I did have a Triumph chopper similar to this. You don't go for long rides with them and I had to make three point turns with it on a dead end road.

Ok, the hot air ballon made for a great photo op, but since balloon rallies may not be for a few weeks, and single balloons are hit or miss, then this is an alternate tag...a bandstand. My wife and I were taking in a bluegrass band playing in the bandstand at the local park this weekend.

That is truly the ugliest bandstand I've seen. This is not the tag. I have used this before. Oops, I take that back. I just found one I took, that's really ugly. Made of concrete. Yech!!:)

Dude you left Lakeland for that?

I didn't so much LEAVE, when my parents divorced my mother moved back to Canada where her mother lived, and I went with her. I was too young to really have a say.

I'm still trying to figure out the guy with the $40,000,000 staying there.

He is from this area, his parents are too, and their parents before them.
He bought a very large house, gave each of his kids a few mil, bought pretty much everything on the snap-on truck, a few new cars, trucks, tractors and quads.
Really down to earth people though. I knew him before the lotto winning and him and his family hasn't really changed at all.
Except for his parent who are retired, they all still work everyday, still mow their own lawns and fix their own cars. Well except for the Ferrari. He popped the engine in his newer subaru sti and we fixed that in his new shop oursleves.
He had a big ass chevy 4x4 which is now going through a pretty bad ass overhaul!
But I mean, if you are from here the winters don't seem that bad I guess, lol.
I find that hard to imagine, but I can understand it.

And while you guys are melting in the heat we haven't had a single day over 76F!

I won't be playing for a few days or more as my R/R blew one of it's circuits and now my battery is dead. I can still ride my friends klx250sf but it wouldn't qualify for tags.

Why wouldn't it qualify ? We've had loads of bikes that aren't GS's, including my 88 Kat. Besides you'd just be using it til you get a new rr.;)

I think you might have created yourself a brand loyalty discount coupon from Eric with that comment. Hit him up for a good R/R while it's redeemable and get back in the game.

Just use the Kawi for the tag. Just make the tag something that an old street bike can get at. Besides, I'm waiting for someone to fill a tag with a Harley, but it does require riding it for more than a mile, so....? :-\\\

Looks like a gazebo to me. Never seen anybody playing music in them, accept tv, and movies. Whatever it is I can find some... If, and when it stops storming here! Should be tomorrow...

Only if the Gazee's are playing music in it. Technically I guess there is a difference. Location, size, usage? I'm not that smart.

The tag was a bandstand--translation, appears to be an old Gazebo or town square structure used for music or whatever...getting too technical again, reading into the post, If he were to say a bandstand playing music and must be playing bluegrass...well, like I said, reading into it. This is a simple game, don't complicate it unless specific parameters are specified.:-$;)

This tag won't last that long. I can GARAUNTEEEE THAT, and I'm itching to use a tag I held off on from Memorials Day. Just a little patriotic tag for July 4th. It would be kina cool if we can get ALL the players to get shots of their bikes with fireworks in it, similar to the photo Eric posted yesterday.
