A Special Note about Email accounts!
DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

How bout if we make it a golf course?
I don't know about any members only crap.
No one gives a rat's ass about golf and this tag is likely to take forever.

Thought someone would have had this one by now. I'll need to ride down the street tomorrow when it's light to the country club to get this moving again. Been raining the last 4 hours. See if it clears up.

how do you know if a golf course is members only? i rode by a couple today but couldn't tell.

Call to schedule a tee time. If they ask, "are you a member?" and when you say, "no" and they hang up on you, you'll know they are private :D private AND snobby

That's a nice golf course to play. My brother in-law took me there a few years ago.

You can do that if you want, I just felt regular golf course was too easy. This is not a difficult Tag. There are private golf courses (country clubs) all over the place.

I suppose so if you know where to look.

Google?

A few seconds netted me several in the Denver area, I don't know if that is where you are but it was a quick google search anyway.

Denver Country Club
Lakewood Country Club
Green Gable Country Club
Cherry Creek Country Club
and more...

This tag is easier than the skateboard shop one I filled previous to it. Took me the same amount of work to find a much smaller skateboard shop than to find a half dozen country clubs in Denver.

Haha, Thank you. It's been a while in the making. 12000 original miles, and the Kerker the original owner put on it, sounds soo choice.

Hey do you ever visit MassDOT? I saw a skunk with NH plates parked next to my bike one day in the lot, but only the one time.

I do not. I work at Volvo here in Nashua, and also Margaritas in Nashua. My bike can usually be seen at either location on any given beautiful day. But I am always keeping my eyes peeled for other beautiful classics.

Ill see if I can make a run into town to the Harpoon brewery at lunch, or I might try to catch a micro brew on the way home. Good tag for sure, might need to visit my favorite micro brew nearby and bug them about when the Oktoberfest is coming out.

Yea it is... got held up looking at broken bridges, so might try to swing by a microbrew on the way home. We got lots of them around here. I hope a brew pub is fine as long as it has a brewery in it right?

I think that would work. Can't expect everyone has a full size commercial brewery around. Gotta prove it though. Maybe a pic inside with a nice pint of bitter? There is a great little brewhouse (Marthas Exchange) in the center of my town that has amazing beer and equally good bar food, if anyones ever in the area.
