A Special Note about Email accounts!
DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

Ok crotch scabs,
Since trying to share a laugh ended in whining:

The high-school you went to.

**yaaawwwwwwnnnnnnnnn**...... oh did I say that out loud? :p
I could have done that last September, the one I went to in Redondo Beach, CA, and the one I went tp in Wheatridge, CO while I was on my California trip. Maybe I could have TKent be me and take a picture of one of his bikes by Wheat Ridge HS, or SaltyMonk take a picture by Redondo Union High School for my tag....:D

I could take a picture by the high school my wife and kids went to....OK, done whining, carry on smartly, recruits!:D

Let's see, 1800 mile one way trip for me so who lives in the Bremerton/Silverdale WA area that they can take the picture for me?

I like the current tag, just taking a 3500 mile trip to Pearland, TX. to take the pic would be a pain. Still waiting...

My high school is just 2-3 miles from where I am sitting at work right now...:D

Of course my bike is at home...:(

My old high school (equivalent):

New challenge: Your neighbourhood gothic cathedral:

:D

We have an abundance of Gothic cathedrals here in New Norway (MN is full of Norwegians, hence New Norway, and their architecture), so I might be able to find one of them. But, I've got a full day and may not be able to post until after midnight......

That's O.K., the latest posts have been so impossible that a midnight run is fine for me. I just want to ride.

I just got an idea for some pic's today.
How about a pic of your bike near one of those pan-handlers on the exit ramps?
I'll get one or to tomorrow if anyone is "game."

Daniel

I like your style..
How about a pan-handler ON your bike?

How about any old religious building, then. Keeps more people in the game, I guess...

i think that one is neo-roman style more than gothic, i'll see if i can get one on the way back from work

Correct. The rounded arches are a dead give-a-way. A Gothic building uses a pointed arch. Also I don't see any flying buttresses but those may be obscured by other stuff in the picture. It's an architectural technicality. I think the tag is still a good one.

I love the term 'flying buttress'. It somehow describes the way Captain Kirk fights.
