    A note to old forum members...
    I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

    Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

    Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

    If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

    If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

Sorry, I've been down with intake woes. I think I have them sorted out enough to ride her again. Don't know if I can find the tag though. We'll see...
 
I was going to get a surplus store but you asked for it to be an ELECTRONIC surplus store.
We don't have any of those. ;)
Half of the population in Reno looks like they belong in Roswell. :-#

Sure we are riding....did 175 miles this afternoon...had a great time with a couple of other GSR members...
But, I didn't bother to check what the tag was before I left and anyway, these guys aren't tourists...they don't stop for pictures.;):p:D

Just didn't want army/navy store. Weve done that one twice since I started. Right now I'm good with a Big Lots, to kill this tag. I was hopring to get old_skool to get out for a little and get his super secret tag, that we all know about, but haven't seen yet. He's stuck in G heaven and won't come out and play.;) Kill this puppy so I can play again.

PS I finally have a working front brake on Suzy.;) It only took 2 1/2 years. Took her on a nice long ride and almost got run into a medium 2 miles from home.:mad: Idiot on a cell phone. I saw him and watched him just keep on coming right on over. Note to self, get horn fixed. Cagers on cell phones can't hear you screaming at them under your helmet. Though he definately saw my midle finger after I screamed by him. Atleast hear in Florida we have what are called Miami curbs, so if I had to I could have rode up into the medium.
Same medium about a mile away.

I'll let it slide this time.;) I feel you pain on the mower. Mine runs, but the deck is done for.($200 bare deck) I have a push mower that I'm going to have to use when I can't borrow my sisters rider. My yard is all hill, the only flat spot is under the house.:rolleyes:

Its not the tag Rick. I can get it. It's just too damn hot out there 29C today. I'm Canadian !! Got both air conditioners going full blast ! I don't know how you southerners go full atgatt ?

I'm one of those idiots that don't. Shorts, t shirt, helmet, and a prayer before I ride.:pray: I had another idiot, try to give me a kiss with his front fender, today.

Left around noon down RT25, to 71, to 47 down to Morris, crossed the Illinois river, took a nice little twisty road that goes from 47 over to 23, then took 71 west past Starved Rock State Park, (nice road, but lots of traffic on the weekends), zipped into Peru for ice cream at Culver's.
After that back to 71 east past Starved Rock again, stayed 71 all the way back to RT25 and home about 5pm.

I live on Longwood Hill Road.;) Yeah we have them, but there are nothing to brag about, no need to pack a bag to climb.:D I might be the highest spot around. I'm atleast a 15-20' elevtion drop down to the lake behind my house. Let me see if I can find a link for Spook Hill. Never been there, but I've heard of it since I(my parents) moved down here in '72.

Very few hills here in Florida, saw one once, GS Ricks house was sitting on top of it. Rick tells me some famous, or should I say infamous ganster owned that house, can't think of his name, oh yeah, Al Capone. No telling what's buried under it :eek::eek::eek:

I got hit by afternoon t storms. It's looking better or not as bad today. Wicked lightening yesterday and I had to go check out a different fairing for my G. I'll post photos when I get this tag. I have to choose between the two. Old Yamaha XS fairings, I think the guy said they were designed by Fuhlmer.
