A Special Note about Email accounts!
DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

Riding Game

I'm glad it meets approval. I covered quite a bit of pavement the last few days trying to find anything close. I was about to give up. I remembered the resturants mural, but never noticed the mural on the fence around their dumpster. I was running out of ideas. I wanted to go across the river and do a canopy tag that Good Times had, but that would have taken another 60 to 75 minutes of riding and I was already whooped. 4 1/2 hours riding around in city traffic and trying to look at every building, is very taxing. Bonus, I increased my tan considerably. :)

Was hopeing for a tag oppertunity while on the way home. Somebody has got to be rideing. It's the weekend and as Freddie Mercury sang, "Get on your bikes an ride".

Well this tag looks like a bust.:( I'm going to change it if nobody has it by morning. I'll go with my origional tag, maybe it will inspire someone to get out and ride.

Eric, if you out there, now would be a good time for an email tag.

I was thinking about getting the local Canadian consulate or whatever it is but I went to the grocery store instead.

Bummer.

Don't think I won't play by myself. I know exactly where to find an American/ German center. I used to play checkers and chess that way and I never lost.;)

PS, Don't tell me, but I'll take SuzyII.

What happened to the California guy ? Surely its not raining there. I'll give it a go tomorrow, if the rain stops. But the forecast ain't good.

I just got the cultural center tag if that's still in play. I'll wait for a ruling to post the next tag.

We have a winner! I'll delete the optional tags, post away. I can't read what culture is represented?

Next tag: indoor amusement park. Bonus points if you can manage to get your bike inside - not that I'm advocating any illegal activity, of course...

I've got more parks than you can throw a stick at, but sadly none are indoors.
My parents went there once. i think there is one somewhere in Canada and there used to be one at Myrtle Beach, but I was there around 40 years ago.
I feel old now.:(

It's labelled "Hmong Cultural Center".

Hmmmm, wait a minute, Jack! This one is not quite right.

The tag is a Multi National cultural center, this is a Hmong center.
Hmongs are backwoods people of Laos, very isolated and primitive, hardly multi national.

For what it's worth, St. Paul has one of the largest Hmong populations outside of Laos and I know many Hmong who are quite contemporary in many aspects. I'm not sure I would consider them "backwoods" at all. But again I'll defer to an official ruling.
