A Special Note about Email accounts!
DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

Very nice indeed ! ! !

Haven't seen one of those in decades ! ! !

speaking of very nice indeed, I like your 1100T, didn't notice it before.

Well thank you. That is actually a picture of the "750T", but it pretty much looks the same, lol...

Very nice, all T owners will be jealous, only thing I'd change, would be to some more effective modern mirrors.

Yeah, still looking for the right ones. Just got new bars and grips in. Went with steel daytona's to replace the aluminum renthol super bike's. Should cut down on my hand vibration fatigue...

Check out the ones I had put on my 1100G, were over 6" wide and looked cool.

I wish I could find something decent for my Kat. Visibility is bloody awful, and requires a lot of seat jockeying to see behind. Unfortunately they are fairing mounted and I haven't been able to find suitable replacements.....:(

Well why don't you take them off and add bar mounts. The make mounts and covers to hide where the old ones were. I should mention that these are for newer bikes, but it should work. Some mirror covers are even turn signals, so you can streamline the bike or just to add extra visual warning along with your existing signals.

Thanks Rick. I might just try that. Eric sent me a few suggestions as well. Though they tell you every measurement except the distance between the bolt holes.

Still a phone booth? Going for a ride, doubt I'll find one.

Spyder...you're local, so head to Genoa, IL...
Taking 72 west through town, make a right onto W. Main St, which turns into Genoa Rd.
About 3-4 miles out of Genoa, make a left on Cherry Vally Rd...
Shortly after turning, you will see an old fashioned phone booth sitting at the end of somebody's driveway...:)
I've been by it 3-4 times this summer...;)

Good luck....:D

Nah, didn't go quite that far. Just wanted to get out and stretch her legs a bit on this fine day. Traffic was surprisingly light. Maybe tomorrow.

Is there anything we can do if no one can get the tag in a reasonable amount of time to speed things up? Do we ever get a new tag? or make it easier somehow?
