    A note to old forum members...
    I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

    Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

    Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

    If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

    If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

Boy those pay phones are a dying breed. I found a couple a while back but noticed they've been removed. The speed sign thing as stated before may only be short lived, but I'll roll with that while it lasts.

 
Here's another. We've had crazy weather the last few days. Five tornados in NM in one day(not in Albuquerque though).

New front tire was mounted and had the front bearings replaced this week. Put the wheel back on yesterday. Went for a hair cut this morning and saw the tag...

My apologies. I must have overlooked the Speed Limit Theme. I'll retract my post so someone can continue the theme. I don't recall ever seeing a 20 MPH limit sign anywhere near me...

Hey Mario, please don't retract your tag on my account. It seemed like a fun idea but having a more random format adds, well, more flavor. Don't you think? What's up now is cool!

What do you say you just leave it as bottle art and if the next one wants to grab a speed sign, then so be it if not then thats ok too.

Thought I'd steer clear of speed signs. Too predictable and rather confusing to try and change things up. So....

I'll go with the 20mph tag since this game has gone either way....besides I had to stop and let slow traffic go on ahead so I could enjoy this road at my quicker pace!

Wait, what? That was random. There was no previous 20 pic. Is this the new tag, if so where's the RC racetrack? I probably created some confusion with trying to stir things up but still made every attempt to stick with the original format in where each post started with a pic recreating the previous, then posting a new one as it has been for some time. If you can recreate my pic in front of the hobby store/ raceway in at least some fashion, that I think would be fair.

Let me sincerely apologize for throwing a wrench in the gears here!

The previous mph tag was 15 so 20 is the next logical one. So that tag satisfies the mph one. The other tag is how we were playing for years, but it seemed to stall out and run out of ideas anyway, so after 10 years of playing this I'm bored and decided to push it along in 2 directions. Maybe this thread is near death anyway?
BTW, controversy is the best way to get more interest on this forum!! ;)

LOL. Thanks Jedz. Too bad the driveshaft gear took a sh!t on me last week. Bike will be out of commission for some time. :(
 
Got the 850 in the game... will be posting some finds and some challenges again soon... does an RC Air strip count? or are we on the MPH thing?
 
I was hoping to see an RC car race track (hint in link) or indoor raceway type thing like the one here. If I could get my bike through the door I'd ask to take a pic with the cars and track in the background. Don't think they'd go for that though. The RC airplane tag had been done in the past but it has been a while. Speed signs are easy pickin's. Not as much fun I think as locating and re-creating a more specific location or pic but like Lurch said, this game gets stalled and original locations are getting harder to find.

Seems like it can go in either direction at this point. Next speed sign, or RC raceway.
 
Last speed sign was 20 so here is 25. I guess the next up is 30. I'm still going to try for that slot car track as well.
