A Special Note about Email accounts!
DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

Rick, sorry to read about your dad. I've almost got my bike to running again with all the maintenance almost done. I'll also try to participate and get the game going again as soon as I can.

Thanks Rich. I struck out looking for a 2 stroke.

Don't wave runners have 2 stroke engines?
There are some PWC that have 2 strokes, but their usually out on the water or in a back yard covered up and to tell the truth, if their not running, I couldn't tell if it was or not. I have a 2 stroke chain saw I can put out in the yard. lol I'll try if I can tomorrow, but it may be time for an optional tag.

Yes, of course. Here's a second option tag. Re-purposed parts. like wheel walI shown here. Maybe a muffler man something made out of parts. I took this pic the same day as the last two photos, on Jan 14th.

Steve, the game is played with current same day pics. Ride out to get the current tag, then get an new tag in the same day, then post them for the other players to get. The two stroke tag is still viable. The recycle tag is an optional tag, because the two stroke wasn't getting any action, but that can also be used since neither one has been used. I actually got the recycled tag and a new tag, but I'm having trouble getting pictures onto my computer since getting a smart phone. My flip phone was easy. My pictures should be a lot cleared now once I get it figured out.
Got it. Recycled billboard panels to make a fence.

Next tag is also something recycled. It is an old train track line that has been converted into a bike trail. This an old train bridge that crosses the Fl turnpike. So a pedestrian bridge or train bridge will work.

OK, I will withdraw my entry. I don't have two-wheeled transportation at the moment.

(A fact that is rather obvious with the two-stroke machine.)

.
Don't let that stop you, just jump on Mrs. Steve's bike when she's out running errands.

I thought it was my phone not loading your pics for some reason, but I can't see them from the desktop either.

You can't see the pics? They're huge. What do you see?
I'll post them the thumbnail way.

It's a tag game. You have to take a pic of your bike in front of whatever the last tag is and then you get a new tag also so the game goes on. The current tag would be the second pic. It is a pedestrian or train bridge. You need to get both the old and new tag in the same day. We can make exceptions like if you get the tag and it starts to rain before you get the new tag, but try to get it asap so the game can continue. Look back through the game and you'll catch on to how it goes. We could use some new players.

Yeah, I know it's a tag game, but I thought the rules specified that you needed to post the pictures and declare what the new tag was. I see the pictures in post 8832, but no declaration. Had to look back five posts to #8827 to find that the declaration was buried at the end of a post directed at someone else.

Too confusing. Carry on.

Not really, the posts you mention are where I was just reposting the tag pics in a different way, since Roger said he couldn't see them. I put a description of what the tags are in my original post #8827. When a problem like this arises, I guess it can be a little confusion, but it's really a simple game.

Thanks for reposting those pics, Rick. Now I see them. Some other members have posted pics and they've not shown up on my end as well. Not sure if the image hosting site blackballed me because I bailed on Photobucket or what.

In any case, it's great to see this thing moving along again.
I know an old traffic bridge that has been converted into a pedestrian/ equestrian bridge. Maybe I can get there before it rains. Supposed to be pretty wet for a few days here.

Couldn't fond a re purposed train bridge, but here's an old bridge for cars. Now it's used for foot traffic, bicycles and horses. It crosses the Rio Grande near Corrales, NM between Rio Rancho and Albuquerque. That's just a long way of saying, on the West side, LOL. Steve and Cowboyup know the bridge I'm sure.

Here's one I haven't seen, should be a fun find.

New tag is a mascot. This one happens to be holding a sign for the business they represent.

Good tag. What I've been doing is sending my pics to my email and then saving to my computer. I may have just copy and pasted from the email, but either way I didn't use PB or any other host. They showed up really big and even when you quoted me. IDK. I know where there used to be an Android phone alien I used to see all the time when i was riding to MMI, but that was four years ago. I'm in central FL, there has to be someone in a mascot costume somewhere. Last month we had Lady Liberty hanging around at the tax prep stores.
