    A note to old forum members...
    I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

    Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

    Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

    If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

    If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

A local VFW has two tanks sitting in the parking lot... if I could only get the bike rolling again. I had the option to get a free used ring but it is best in the long run for me to wait for the 4 sets and go it up proper while I got the engine apart.
 
Sad part for me is my bike isn't running and I drive past one every day as I enter the gate into work. Oh well.
 
I hope ya'll will accept a war plane. I want into this game:)
Sorry for crappy pics. The park is closed for construction and I couldn't get any closer or from in front of the sun.

Darn it man just got back in with pics was beat out by PetersenJ20....warplane works for me what is the next tag....by the way this the pic I had taken.

This is the USS Albacore first US Submarine designed to run underwater more than on the surface. She busted all kinds of underwater speed records for submarines
and was used as an experimental platform for the modern Nuclear Submarine in the US Navy. She was Decommissioned in September of 1972 after being commissioned in 1951. She was the Third Navy Vessel to bear that name. First was a patrol/scout boat in 1917, the second was a gato class submarine commissioned in 1942, she and all her crew went on eternal patrol in 7 November 1944 when she reported to have struck an underwater mine as witnessed by a Japanese Patrol Boat. In her time she did 10 war patrols, and sunk 8 Japanese ships. To learn more about her go to

I wanted to ride to the real golf course and aggravate the poor guys, but thought better of it so here's a mini golf. New tag mini golf, driving range, golf course.
 
BTDT. We're starting to get some duplicates. No biggie. I wouldnt expect the new players to go back through the whole thread. Golf course it is :) !

Actually you can. It is a museum and you can go through it and see what it was like to be on the Submarine. It is neat to see the differences between Submarines 40 years ago and the ones we are operating now.

I have actually had the privilege of taking the tour inside it! it was years ago, but to a young kid such as myself at that time, it was really cool. I would probably enjoy it more now though!
 
so just to be clear, the current tag is a Golf Course, Mini Golf Course, or Driving Range.

I'll have this one by tonight, I just found out that out of the 100 some computers we have around the college, NONE haev a SD card reader :doh: so i'll upload it when i get home if no one else has by then.

cool little side note, while i was pulled over, getting this picture, an older gent on what looked to be a brand new KLR650 stopped to see if i was OK. he was loaded up for what looked like a long trip! unfortunatly, i gave him the thumbs up before i thought to take a picture :(

i think that if you get a ticket just to get the tag, then you get to name the next TWO tags :p
