A Special Note about Email accounts!
DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

Even a train bridge is about 30 miles away, and that's what I was going to use anyway. With the weekend honey-do list and Easter services to play in the worship band at church, I don't think I'll be able to go tag hunting until Monday.:D

Same here. Perhaps a train bridge tomorrow if it counts.

Eric

Go for it. I don't think Rick would object. After all he did say " steel bridge "
I'm cool wit it man! Car, train, plane, pedestrian, bicycle(there are a few cool ones around here) anything cool will do. Just not a boring ole concrete bridge. Something that took more than a few hours to design, will do. It doesn't need to be old, just something that you would want to take a picture of.

You rock Dan:cool:. We have some pretty good groups that play at our church also. They rotate members, and play mostly contemporary christian like you hear on your local Z. It's a small church and we don't have the traditional choir, but even the elders are usually clapping or bopping to the beat.

I lied.

Sharp corner under the bridge too. Very odd and kinda scary to take since it is a bumpy road.

Metal factory.
This used to be an aluminum factory. After about 3 years of strikes, they shut down. They recently took down all of the electrical on the outside there to sell to pay fees.

So the employees struck themselves out of work. Great!
I bet they are real happy with themselves now.

I don't think that we have any factories that produce any metal type products around here.
Cardboard and rubber, yes.
I'll see if I can find something.

Yeah, the company was already in the hole before. And apparently they had an illegal lockout of employees. I was like 14 at the time so I didn't pay a whole lot of attention to it.

I could get this one but it will not be till afternoon. Gotta get the groceries first. Will be to big of a load for the bike.

Nice tag. I won't be tag hunting until Monday either. It's currently misting here, 58-61 deg. and sunny forecast for Easter Sunday, it'll be a wonderful day! Taking a break from the honey-do diversion, I've been working on a bad oil leak on my truck, rather be doing the honey-do list.
And please everyone, no political posts in this thread.:D

OK....I Metals Foundry...no longer in business, but it's still a metal foundry.

Crud. I'm working today or I'd go downtown and get the Indians stadium. Sigh.

Nice tag. The wife and I just got back from a long ride. We also had a family of 3 stick their thumbs out for a ride from us. We were already riding 2 up. I'm not sure what they expected..

I wouldn't call posting a news article about a shut down factory a 'political post'..

Nat Bailey Stadium, home of the Vancouver Canadians, farm team of the Blue Jays. New tag in next post.

The new tag is. The oldest building in your city, town, or if you live out of town, the closest to you. This is the Hastings Mill store, surviver of the fire of 1866 which burned the city of Vancouver. Built in 1865.
