I ordered new brake lines from z1 and used their instruction sheet on measuring replacements. It didn't work out so well. The problem is that the crimp is too long on the line to get a tight bend radius on the rear brake. I instead had to reroute the line. I'm looking for opinions on what I had to do. Normally it would route from underneath the master cylinder. I could get it in there but it was then rubbing up against the swing arm, so I took a different route.
Here are some pics. They don't show the brake light switch installed but I put it in after I took the pics and it clears OK.
