Nice to see them back! Interestingly with 2 relatively inexperienced riders.

Will be watching closely!

Inexperienced?

Did you check last week's podium?

Apologies, I meant they are fairly new to MotoGP.
Experienced they are, just not in the premier class.

And I said "relatively".

Marquez is inexperienced in MGP

AE is qualifying up front this year, with the softer front tyre he's allowed

A Suzuki qualifying well is a good start

i would hardly call them inexperienced!!!!!!!!!!

They are inexperienced in the premier class. It is a BIG jump to motoGP, with bigger teams, major electronics on the bikes, more set up choices and problems, way more power and composite brakes. There are a lot of things to learn to deal with that aren't there in the lower classes, no matter how good the rider is in those lower classes.

I hope Suzuki invests in some quality development riders, asking rookies to develop a new bike and all the electronics while coming to grips with a new class is a recipe for mediocrity.

i wonder how Jack Miller will cope when he makes the jump straight from Moto3 to the LCR MotoGP Honda?

While I am glad they're coming back to and hope they do good I really don't expect much.Getting a MOTOGP bike set up is hard, just ask a Ducati rider;)

I personally don't think it is a good idea, LCR must know something we don't.

Jack is good, but nothing special. That being said, moto2 is normally so close with races coming down to the last corner that no particular rider ever really stands out.

Randy deP has been flogging the test bikes for a few years now

Aliex already has 3-4 year MotoGp experience

Maverick will have some adjusting to do

Is there some other rider(s) you would have wanted to see on the Suzuki?

True on A.Esp. If Maverick can tame himself some and get to grips with the big bike without getting hurt he will be exciting. I don't have any others I would rather see because I don't know the current crop of riders that well. I haven't watched MotoGP for a number of years and only have this season's worth of watching the new guys to form impressions.

I think Dani would do a lot better in a team where he is not playing second fiddle to his "win at all costs, the sun shines out of my backside" teammate!
If it had not been for Marc, at the end of 2012 Dani looked like he could have taken the championship in 2013.

I don't think Suzuki could match Dani's salary or the RCV 112

Need to find a new crop of Wunderkind to displace all the now aging (relatively) big class regulars.

Suzuki running at Valencia this weekend

RdP currently 1.3 seconds back of Marquez

Race broadcast live at 1:30 AM EST on Sunday, on the old Speed channel, now Fox Sports 1

Brave of Suzuki... shame they DNF'd :)

Bet they got some good data for next year though...
