Is there a good/easy way to remove the old swing arm bearings ?

A bearing puller.. or a nice long drift.

The outer races were pretty welded in on my 1100E swingarm so I hit it with a propane torch, then knocked them out with a long punch.

Like he said......Heat and a BFH!

Oh yeah..don't forget to add a grease fitting if it does not have one. Will make swingarm bearings last forever!

Like others said, heat with a propane torch and then a BFH.
Mine were very stubborn, so I CAREFULLY cut them up with a Dremel and pulled them out after they were mangled. Very high chance of cutting into your swingarm if you do it that way though... I was lucky.
