A Special Note about Email accounts!
DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

thank you

I'm Roberto from Italy. I have two old suzuki bikes: a 250 gsx 1982 model and a 400 fws 1986 model.
Thank you for accept me in the community

Ciao! Roberto! and wow! Bellisimo! What a cool fairing! You take very good care of your bikes, I see.

Welcome to the site. You Europeans always have the most interesting colour schemes and gadgets. I've never seen a fairing like that, very nice. Lets see some more bike pics, very interested in what luggage you have on that bike.

Yeah Roberto what is the maker's name for the fairing. I doubt we would ever see one here in NA but its pretty awesome.

We don't get to see too many of the 250s over here...welcome to the GSR. We have another member from Italy who is involved with, and has posted some nice photographs from a fairly large GS rally there.

Looks like you are well-kitted for touring. How loud are those horns?

The bike was custumize from me:

it has a two in one exhaust system made in England by motad
the fairing was made in Italy in the eighties
the master cylinder is of a kawasaki 636 with steel braided hoses
koni shock absorber
the bike have risk race spark plug
and the rectifier of a yamaha R1
and now i'm working to mount K&N cone air filter instead the original airbox
a ferodo race clutch
and a sigma carburettor kit
now the bike have 64.000 kilometers
the picture was made in a gs day that is a annual meeting that we do in Padova every june
i am one of the thousand peeple that take a part in "mitiche gs" a forum that take place in Italy

Yes...We know Walter. Every year he shares pictures of the "gathering". We love his pictures! Welcome!

Nice looking bike Roberto. Interesting looking fairing. I love the angular look of it. Welcome to the forum.

That's a great looking, and sounding motorcycle. I see what I thought were really big horns are actually yellow driving lights. How do you have those wired in?

You can also upload a video this way, using the Insert Video icon at the top of the compose message window.

I took the positive from the battery with a fuse and a switch and the negative to the frame, simply. LED lights use little power, so if also remain switched by mistake, not a big deal.
Thank you for the video arrangement

sorry, i don't have see your question before: on the bike there was e tend and a sleeping bed that i used during the gs day meeting in June, near Padova

Next week end, near Padova, we will meet for the 11th GS - Day, italian national meeting of the GS owners.
