The link for calculating the Paypal fee has been updated on the Contributions page (Link).

Click on the link and then enter the amount you wish to contribute in the section titled "Enter the amount you wish to receive and press Calculate.". For instance if you want to contribute $25 then put $25 in the "For you to get this amount after fees:" field. Click the Calculate button and the value you need to contribute should pop up in the "A person must send you this amount:" field. I hope this helps.

Also, Paypal doesn't charge a fee for personal transfers IF you have a balance in your own Paypal account and you use funds from that balance to make the payment.

I have been remiss, Frank, and my contribution has just been sent.
