I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

The "Scraps Racer" project

i shouldn't be suprised really that you decided to MAKE your own mufflers, should i? ;)

though, for the size of the bike and espec the tank and the engine i *think* i'd like to see something a bit bigger. maybe... :-k

anyhow, i think I see a front mudgard being fabricated soon :)

About size things, when the bike is finished everything should "flow"
better together.

I try to made the front mudguard before christmas.

Amazing. Is that a single POD air filter element attached to the quad port airboot?

Yes it is. It?s Green air filter and why? Because I have one left from other project.
Thats why the project name Scraps racer. I try to use as much old parts as I have in
my garage.

Mock up nearly done. Only some small things to do.

Wow for a bike built from spares and scraps, it is fantastic!! Truly awesome work. Can't wait to see it finished.

VERY nicely done! The proportions are just right. Sure you won't do a tank and seat for me?:)

That bike is looking fantastic! You do excellent work.
It almost looks like you are getting some help from Mindless in Sweden. :-k

Also love the dual mufflers! It looks "right." ;)

I?we been following Mindless super fine project in OSS, but thats all.

ive said it before and ill say it again! nice work man! you got some wicked fab skills!

Looks great to me, so far.
The proportions of the tank and seat to each other seems right and again those two pieces seem right towards the size of the bike.
Exactly,
That first pic of the tank I thought it was a bit big.
But once it's all together it looks.. right.

Blower, the whole thing looks great. Just bloody fabulous.

Agreed. Tank looks awesome. Man I'm impressed. Wish I had half the skills you got. I might have missed it but you decided on a paint scheme yet?

Yes it is. It?s Green air filter and why? Because I have one left from other project.

And yeah, I was thinking of something similar for my carbs (single pod attached to the carb boot) when I ran across your post. I really like that look.

Wow! Absolutely fantastic. I love the proportions and the skills.

Between Mindless's GS1150, Blower's 1150 here and this one from the old's kool page, I think the future for my 1150 is sealed!

The paint scheme should follow the oldskool cafe racer style (maybe).

Paint?! No way! Polish it up, and MAYBE add a red, black, or blue accent stripe or a stylized cursive Suzuki on the tank. Something simple.

That body is way to pretty to cover with paint.
