A Special Note about Email accounts!
DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

The Tsawwassen Motorcycle Swap Meet

Nice pictures guys. Garth why do your pictures have an antique sort of look?

Really like this boat anchor:victorious:

It was a good day and the weather gods favoured us. Unfortunately it was a horrible day for a parts hoarder such as myself, nothing but Harley, Harley, Harley, much like the parking lot. Some were saying it's the most Harley's they've ever seen at the show.

And although I'm not a big Wing fan this one was deserving of some respect.

And there were a number of 2 strokes there which really pulled my interest this year.

I really liked looking at the scrambler types

These were done by the same builder but of course 2 completely different designs. Have to admire the great attention to detail even if it's not your thing.

Just because it's a cool bike

Well the show was a disappointment for parts but as usual the parking lot was the best part even if it was a sea of Harleys.

So all in all it was a good day, a chance to meet up with some people I don't get to see too often and see some great bikes.

Aw man, all those great pics make me regret not coming up north. Thanks for posting!! Next year, for sure!

Great pictures, thanks Garth, Trevor and Rob for taking the time to post them, and great seeing you out at the show.

I only got a few minutes outside in the parking lot and missed a few of those bikes pictured. nice to see that X-75, that's a rare bike around here.

I spent most of the day at the BCCMC table and got to meet quite a few old friends and some new ones.

Got a lot of positive comments about my Cooley which was on display and met a man, Jim Green from Kamloops IIRC, seems he knows Bevan from the Island (owns the collection Trevor posted recently) and he has a vast collection of bikes including 3 Suzuki GT750 Water Buffalo's, we had a great chat and wondered if anyone here knows him for his contact info.

Cheers.

I might be seeing Bevan tonight Dave and I will ask him.
