A Special Note about Email accounts!
DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

Total Control Track Clinic

Greg,

I spoke to TJ about this and he has expressed some interest as well. Hopefully it all works out and you'll have a pair of Bonnevilles joining rank.
That would be SWEET!!! You guys will have an absolute blast on those bikes. Can't wait to ride with you again.

All you folks are making me jealous as hell. I would LOVE to join you guys, I've been wanting to take the riding clinic for a few years now and each year something comes up. But one day it will be done, I just promised the wifey we'd get her a new bike first.
When they say that a riding jacket is needed, does it have to have armor? I currently use my Calhart as a riding jacket. Will that work?

Do it!!! I said the same thing for a long time, and once I'd taken the class I said, "I can't believe I waited so long!!!"

You really want to wear armored gear. Both a jacket and pants. I think they are both required in addition to over the ankle boots, gloves, and a full-face helmet.

Has there been any further developement regarding dates?
Hey Jason! Not yet. The 2013 schedule should be published any time now. In fact, I'm surprised it is not out already. I'll ping the guys and find out when we can expect dates.

The dates for this year's Total Control Track Clinic are Sept 28 & 29.

Lets find out who all is interested and see what kind of discounts we can get :D

I believe there will also be some kind of demo Supermoto class happening that Friday (27th) that would be fun. I'll find out more info as we go along.

They are still working on getting the rest of the 2013 schedule up on the website, but I saw it as the Chicago Motorcycle Show, so it just a matter of getting it posted on the site. Should be any time now.

I'll need to work out travel logistics, but I for sure plan to do the Total Control clinic. I don't think I can do the Supermoto, but we'll see. That will mostly depend on cost, I think.

So scratch my original question but have the prices changed much since when you first posted this?

Guess I missed your first question since I don't see it.

I think the prices are the same this year as last. I'm sure if we can get as few as six folks to take the class together we can get some kind of discount.

Sweet! Come to think of it, I should probably start a new thread in the meeting place section. I'll do that pretty soon.
