A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

As the title say,
I noticed today that the Turnsignals only work when the headlight k's off.
Only checked if I get anything out of the relay and it goes out headlamp on or not.

Common thing or awful mystery problem?

I would say that your charging system and/or electrical connections are not doing their job. Clean all your electrical connections, check water level in your battery and get a volt meter to check the volts while running. Blinkers not working is a sign your not putting out enough voltage...

Hmmm...This feature has potential!.... I like the idea of having my daytime running lights flash when my turn signals flash.

Uhm, ink where the k came from... Ghost in the machine.
Or clumsy fingers and a smart phone. The K was suppose to have been a '

Battery is brand new, charged fine before, guess I just go trough a bunch
Was just hoping for a simple solutions

OK, while we are at this translation thing, where did the ink come from ? :-k

Uhm, ink where the k came from...

Really, we are not texting, we are not paying by the letter, please use all the letters available on your keyboard.

.

Ink was suppose to say idk but my phone corrected the spelling...
And the k is next to the ' on my phones keyboard.. If there is any other horrible grammatical errors etc it might be because I'm born and
raised in Sweden...

That being said, until i get my multi-meter back from a "friend" (feel like i paid the price of said meter to never have to talk to him again) i just have to wave with my arms i guess, it does charge but not as fast as I'm used too

You do need to check the battery voltage.

Turn signals not working, meaning they do light up but don't flash is a symptom of low voltage (not enough current to operate the flasher).., ANd when you turn off the headlight that removes enough load so voltage rizes a little, enough that the signals can flash.
THat is the first clue that are having a problem, next clue will be not starting or dying on side of road.

If you only go on short rides, you may get bye for a while by putting it on a charger for a few hours before and after every ride.
