Hey Everyone!
So I recently have ventured back into the life of having two wheels that go very fast and am in the process of cleaning up a 1981 GS850L, the bike is very clean and mechanically is nearly perfect. One thing that's personally just bothering me is the speedo bounces a lot and can be hard to read when above 60+ mph and the knob used to reset the Mileage is gone. So right now I'm contemplating replacing the whole gauge cluster with a more modern piece even digital speedo with a analog tach or something like that. I know it may be considered blasphemy by some but I like the aesthetic of old school with modern tech. Anyways, I wanted to know if anyone has tried doing something like this and may have any recommendations? Thanks and I'll try and get some pics of the bike up on here asap!
