A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

Figured someone in here would know. This year I'd really like to watch some vintage motorcycle racing, hopefully some stuff with these old bike in it. I'm searching around on the net and not getting anywhere. I'm in Victoria, BC Canada so I'd be looking at tracks in the Pacific Northwest. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Vintage Day for the Oregon Motorcycle Road Racing Association (omrra.com) is Saturday, 16 August. Mostly vintage racing on the 16th, and our normal road racing schedule (modern and vintage) on the 17th. $10 per day at the gate, free camping at the track. Parade laps, bike show, field games, and we're working on a smallbore grasstrack event too. LeMans starts for some of the classes.

You should ride down and check it out! I'm OMRRA's Vintage Representative this year, and I'll get out details once they firm up.

For better or for worse, most of the road racing in the Pacific Northwest is done on smallbore (sub-500cc) bikes, so just bear that in mind. I'll be racing my GS1000 this year but I'll be racing SV650s mostly in the modern-bike classes.

WMRRA's Vintage Days is July 26-27. Unfortunately OMRRA also has a race that weekend so I doubt many OMRRA racers will make it up (typically a number of us do).

Any more questions please ask!

Thanks, Patrick

Sounds like fun! Let's go Rob.:D

thanks for the help Patrick. I found the info on your website fairly easily but on the WMRRA it's another matter. Do you know which track they're holding their vintage days at? And your right Trevor, it would be a ton of fun!

WMRRA's Vintage Days are at The Ridge, just outside of Shelton, WA. It's a phenomenal track, Dave Roper said it might be "his favorite track in the universe."

Wish I could make it up but like I said, it's an OMRRA weekend too so I'm committed to be down here in Portland.
