As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

What would you guys advise for a new rear swingarm bike lift. Id prefer one that could also be used on the front. Thanks for your help

If there is I cant find them, All I find are UK web sites. I sent a KZ650 seat there a few years back and the shipping was more then the seat. Anybody els with some ideas ????????????? How about the Harbor Freight stuff, anyone use it ?

Harbor freight ones will work but for a big heavy GS they're kind of rickety. T Rex stands are awesome. They make one that has switchable posts for spools or the swingarm itself. And their front stands are flat out awesome. You can lift the bike through the steering stem which gives you freedom to remove the forks or wheel or all of it without jacking the bike up.

Was at Harbor Freight today perusing the isles...

Checked out the swing arm stands as well. They offered 2 different ones. The first one came in a flat box which required assembly $49, and the other was the kind that is all one piece $36.

I haven't used either so can't comment on quality, but looks like you get an additional 20% off any one single item purchase RIGHT NOW! Coupon ends today "for any one item on your order"

I have both of those stands along with the lift from HF. The aluminum looking one works fine with spools and is adjustable, I use it on the rears of my Busa and Ninja 650R. The bearings in the wheels dont hold up well, after about a year, their shot, but it still functions.

I used to use the black one with the flat plates on the Busa, the swingarm is flat on the bottom. I have the pieces that change it to a front fork lift, it's a little sketchy, but it works. I use it now for the Ninja as I bought a Pit Bull front stand for the Busa.

I havent tried either on my GS, it's permanently residing on my lift. Mines a shaft drive so I dont know if it will work on the rear with the flat plates. The GS has the stand on it, dont really need it. But if I want to get both wheels off the ground I'll have to figure something out.
