A Special Note about Email accounts!
DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

robert: just ordered a kit for my 82 gs1100gk...where do you ship from? ...so i know when to beat the others to the mailbox...LOL . thanks -Eric
    Hi Robert,

I purchesed your o-ring kit for a 1979 GS850g. I have less than 10 miles (2hrs) of ride/run time on them. I removed the fuel screws this morning and can not screw them back in because the o-rings seem to be to big. I had no problem at all when i installed them initially. The where wet b/c of fuel but would this create them to swell and now i need to let them dry off/out before i can reinstall the screws?

    Thanks,

    Todd

I am needing new carb o rings for a 77' 550. It has been reccomended to me to get them through you and to replace all of them.
    thanks
This is confusing for me too. I guess it's separate from regular PM's. Those should not swell. That indicates that it's the wrong material. How long ago did you buy the O-rings? I did change suppliers once for that reason (O-rings would swell up when wet with fuel), but that was quite a while ago.

Also mention the name you ordered the kit under.

    I need a set of intake boot o-rings. I have an 82' 850. Thanks.
I'm fine with that, the bike needs a lot of work in other areas and I'm thinking ahead. I need a battery (of course) and tires (of course of course) before I get into the induction system. Let me know when you have something, I think they are exactly what came on the 450. I was reassured when I saw they were Mikuini CVs, I rather like these carbs. The Keihins have an expensive air valve diaphragm that goes bad all the time
I just bought a Yamaha XS400 and it has 32 mm CV carbs. Can you offer me a 1/2 kit for this setup? They are identical to the GS carbs.

I read your shipping story on your site. Like you, I am offering the Honda RRs at a great price because I'm sick of the ridiculous prices people charge for motorcycle parts.
