Hello,
I'm new here and have found a lot of good information. Great site!
I searched and couldn't find this information so if someone knows where it is please let me know.
I have a 1982 GS750E and took the carbs off to clean them up. It was pretty dirty so I took out the main jets, mixture screw (small needle on end), and one other smaller (I assume pilot). I cleaned them and then put them back in tight. Is the mixture screw the only one that doesn't get put back in tight? And how many turns out are a good starting point for the mixture screw?
I cleaned up the floats, bowls and shot carb cleaner anywhere I saw an opening. Is there anything else you suggest?
Thanks!
