A Special Note about Email accounts!
DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

Take some pic's of Bill's modded 750 with your bike please. Perhaps some side by side pic's to show the differences?

He's feeling under the weather...so I don't know if he's gonna want to go to where his bike is parked at an off-site location.

Since this is my only chance to get down there before my LA trip, I'll make the best of it!

Met up with Mrbill in Las Cruces--he has a beautiful GS750E.

Here's a pic of Bill

And a pic of me.

It's difficult to ride our bikes here in the netherlands as they are continuosly salting the roads to prevent ice. I certainly admire your bravery geting out there in the cold. I'm happy staying in with a six pack and reading the GS650 manual by the fireside :)

My wife and I went for a ride up the Malahat to have lunch at place called serious Coffee. Great ride! Some wet roads but not too cold. We decided to take the ferry back. It's about a 30 min ride. Very pretty. We are lucky to live here.
My wife...she is just awesome!!

Lol...I sure do Charlie.:) I hope you are going to meet my wife next year and spend some time in my garage.:D
I like the looks of your garage Charlie...lots of character...just like the owner.:)

Looks like you fared rather well, Trevor....your weather has markedly improved since last week, the bike looks great and so does the wife.:D:D

Last week we were thinking of how you Westerners were faring with our temperatures....this week you are well above us, as temperatures here have dropped, and snow keeps dropping as well.. Present temp at home is -12C and we have had snow for three days with another couple of cms forecast for tonight.

Yes..big difference from last week! Cold weather really freaks the tree huggers out here.:p
Glenn and I met Rob (AZR) for a coffee today (he had to work no bike for him) beautiful sunny afternoon. After Glenn and I took a scenic tour around the ocean.:)

Oh boy, that was a tough ride home Trevor. Only because I just wanted to keep on going until I found a dry and warm climate somewhere! We're fast approaching the shortest day of the year, hopefully Spring will come quickly!

Went for a 70 mile loop today. New starter clutch installed, it actually started a couple of times. Had a friend mill down what's left of my rotor puller and it delivered, removing the rotor with ease. I was surprised it was so easy compared to last time. Too lazy to stop on the ride, it was a nice day, partially dry roads and fairly cold, so I didn't take a picture until I was in the driveway.

Nice gate. The bike's ok too.

Just got back from a night ride low 30s. Been two weeks since I rode. I couldn't take it any more. Gushing fork seals or not I was riding. Man it was just what the doctor ordered. The bike has tons of power with my latest main jet change. Was having a blast In the twisty stuff until my high beam took a crap. Then I had to limp it home on low beam. It's either the switch or the light itself. I've already went through all the other wires and connections. Either way it was fun while it lasted next day I have off I will figure it out.
