If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

anyone go for a ride today? Pics?

Justin, that trunk may be practical but it doesn't belong on your B-king. Besides ruining the "look" it will destabilize and slow you down at 140mph.

Here's my first motorcycle video with the GoPro I got a while ago. It's from my first real ride on the 750EF since getting it back on the road. The route is Hwy #3a commonly referred to locally as the Kootenay Lake Ferry road. Nifty little 50 mile stretch of road from Creston, BC to the ferry across Kootenay Lake with about 350 corners and you get to ride it all over again going back to Creston. We took this road during the rally last year. Still having issues with trying to prevent the rolling shutter problems but have managed to edit out some of the other various shakes and vibration. A whole new learning experience. Maybe we should start a GoPro hints and tricks thread. I had it mounted on the left mirror stem which could be probably one of worst places for vibration but there's not many places to mount it on this thing.

I really liked that ride Sandy. It seemed that we got back to Creston a whole lot faster on the return trip than we did going to the ferry. Sounds like the 750 is running pretty good. GoPro tricks thread ya.

Yeah it's running pretty good. Just have to sort the suspension a bit. I goofed a bit setting it up, without really having ridden it I put an extra 5/8" preload on the front and 15W fork oil vs 10 W a combination I used on the1000 with the Progressive springs. It's a little too abrupt on the front so I'll probably set it back to stock specs and the rear needs a slight bit more spring. The damping seems good and the spring adjustment is maxed out so I'll have too figure out a way to dial in a little more spring. Otherwise it's great.

Great to hear Sandy, I took the G for a ride today and it quit idling. Grrrrrrrr something more to look into.

Went over to Rob's after dinner so that he could help (do) the carb sync...This was on the way home. Beautiful sky this evening.

Oh yeah just adds to the sleeper look! Hell most think it's a 600 or 750 anyway . Since the re-flash this thing is a maniac and am sure it would rip the rack off first.

I've got the 30th and the 31st (next Saturday and Sunday) off. We should plan a ride! If I bring the BK I'll be sure to take the parachute off... ;)

I'll shoot you a PM in a second. We should plan a ride!

Gawd, that B King rips......gotta ask.....which is faster? I assume that there were no top end rushes for safety and sanitys sake, but how about otherwise?
Also, unless there was a bunch of wind noise, id rather hear the song of an I4 and a sporting V twin...

After an extremely frustrating day of yard work I needed to get out last night....Hit the highway for a bit, riding toward a low hanging waxing crescent moon. I rode for a while until the chill soaked in then headed home.
Couldnt be bothered with pictures or the riding game. A shot of cycle therapy was the intent.
The bike is running great, and was a joy to ride.

Got home and indulged in another of lifes joys...A hot shower after a ride induced chill.

After riding back and forth from the garage and then to the girls' recitals (Charmayne playing her flute and Cheyenne on the piano):

I chose to take the long way home on my own - 65 miles. I didn't quite plan on where I was going as the turn I took was new to me but I ended up in Germantown where the covered bridge was decked out for Memorial Day.

On the way home, I drove by the other bridge I normally ride by then took one of my fun rides in reverse. One section of the ride is already very twisty but taking it in reverse with a car going very slow in front of me made the ride a bit more cautious.

Charmayne asked to ride to the Memorial Day wreath laying ceremony and parade tomorrow she is participating in as part of her marching band. We'll probably then go for another ride afterwards someplace.

BK hands down. We did a couple stints I brought it through 3rd and pretty deep into 4th and he couldn't keep up. Since the reflash the BK is on a full deristricted Hayabusa tune with some minimal mods... Speedo was reading north of 155mph on a stint and the RC couldn't keep up.. Scary is she still had more and I shut it down for the bike is no way setup for high speed.

He had me on the twisties for sure , The BK is a bit top heavy with the case but once a straight away opened up I caught right back up to him with ease.

Got a break in the weather yesterday so we took out the ZRX.

More rain and and flash flooding predicted for today as well as tornado watch. We need the rain to fill up our lakes but I sure am tired of it.

As the Memorial Day weekend wound down, and after the bennies vacated the shore, and things were quiet at home, i went for a ride. A nice warm south blew as I geared up promising a warm ride, so I ditched the jacket liner. I rolled out under moonlight and ended up at Point Pleasant.

Grabbed a quick pic. I like the name of the boat.
