DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

anyone go for a ride today? Pics?

Had to grab a downtown pic... Put about 100 miles on the B-12 today.

Got home and realized I could roll (more like click) over to 4K miles on the T-120

Bigger day in the saddle planned tomorrow

Hum... So you, this Gregory and Downs; There are 3 of you right there. You guys pic a weekend in say October, pic some location, post about it, plan a route, see who else can join in, call it a rally.

.

I posted the idea in the fall but didn't get any takers but if I do it again this year I will sure post it up.

My poor bike has only seen the road once in the last 6 months or so... Have to go see my Father In Law 30 minutes away this morning and the forecast is somewhat clear. I'm taking the chance to at least get the juices flowing a bit. Stupid rain, work, and all sorts of responsibilities!!!

Hey Mario.
I?ve yet to get out for a ride during normal persons hours, but normal hours would require actual planning these days which as you know is a bit tough. We need to set something up......

It was a good day........
The dog woke me up at 6 30....... he doesn't understand the concept of weekends. I took care of him, went outside and had a glorious hour and a half nap on the couch on the patio, lulled back to sleep by chirping birds and the sounds of spring. Family time during the day, a surprise from my older son by his joining me for a dog walk tonight, then a ride in the warm, humid, showery weather. I will go to bed with a smile.

2nd that, I would love to have a day like that...
So glad you had a good day Glen!

Thanks....
Then something went wrong. I could not sleep last night and was awake until 4am, then had very odd dreams when I finally did fall asleep. Very unusual for me. Oh well.

Grass drags at lime rock speedway this past weekend. I gave it a shot with skunk #1. Street tires class which included, to my dismay, enduro bikes with street knobbies. I'm thinking next year I could get a more aggressive tire for the occasion cuz I think I coulda been a contender.

Sadly I didn't get paired with either of the harleys in my class. I think you know how that would have gone.

That is awesome Eli!!! I want to go!

I did some riding on my new tread. converted the Bonneville over to tubeless ZR tires... What a treat.

Rain today... May take the TUX out to play and see how my new rain gear holds up.

Nice pix, jedz! That is one beauty of a bike! (and I'm glad the era of ripping out all the old buiildings is past...of course, they suit the Triumph)

You are getting to be a pretty good photographer too! That's a side-benefit of bikes- we take pictures of our bikes and we get better at it!

Got a trackday in at the Ridge Motorsports Park today on my recently acquired 04 750.
Don't know how many laps, as I have no dash, just a big multi wire plug hanging there and another with a paper clip going into the same connector.
Wow! This thing is light, probably 100 lbs lighter than the Kat.
It was a last minute B-day decision to go, as it was a 2-day event, but it rained most of the afternoon on the first day that I didn't go to.
I was extremely nervous about riding a new unknown bike fast on the track, for some reason.
I rode one other unfamiliar bike (08 ZX-6R) at Chuckwalla in March, otherwise it's been the Kat for the last 22 years.
My group was sold out, so I did the "relaxed" group and got to know the bike a bit.
The last 2 20 minute sessions were the best, less crowds and open track.
Lots of females out there, getting instruction from coaches which was cool to see.

Ran out to acacia lake yesterday.

They just paved a beautiful scenic winding road that leads to it so I had to check it out. Bike just hummed along. It was already over 100F but with my new little tool bag I was able to bring a few bottles of water. Just a little 45 mile round trip. So awesome I live so close to all this.

Foosball night in Buffalo. Yeah it's still a thing.

Triumph is rip roaring and ready to rack some huge miles this June!

I took Stator out for a little ride this evening. It has probably been a while since he's been at 139mph... It was a quiet, smooth highway. Honestly, it's been a while since I've been at 139mph... 😀
